Series of diptychs Silver gelatin print 50,8 x 61 cm each This project delves into the exploration of the materiality of the image through different temporalities of film exposure on light-sensitive paper. Using the concept of underexposure, where the image almost disappears, and overexposure, where the negative is exposed to light without reaching its full darkness, the creative process focuses on the interplay between visibility and disappearance. The work investigates how light, in its various intensities and exposure times, redefines the conception of the image, taking it to the margins of representation. This technique invites questioning the relationship between light, time, and matter, challenging the traditional idea of the fixed image and proposing new ways of perception
